DVNMPRYA Return & Refund Policy

At DVNMPRYA, we stand behind the quality and intention of every piece we create. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags still attached
• Returned in original packaging (if possible)

Final Sale and limited-edition items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@dvnmprya.com with:

*Your order number

*Reason for return

*Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

*Original shipping charges are non-refundable

*If your return does not meet our policy, it may be sent back to you

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
